8th St Bus Stop

The Musical Journey Platform formerly known as “Nine & Three Quarters” has now become Aspen’s hottest local band – The 8th St Bus Stop. The band has collaborated with the Governor of Colorado and performed at various mountainous taverns across the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. On the eve of the Pandemic, at the last Open Mic Night of the Red Onion – 8th St Bus Stop was born. 8th St has evolved into a musical journey of funk, rock, blues and dance-foor enthusiasm. What started with two cousins and a Virginian quickly transformed into an Argentinian Asado. The group seeks to capture love, spontaneity and revelry through the musical zeitgeist of a small Mountain town with a funky vibe. Freak Power courses through the band’s veins. They have indubitably amassed a strong local following across the bars and Boot Shops of Aspen. Stay tuned for new releases online and a Tour where Mamma’s will be visited all around the world. The Spanish Musical of 8thSt’s ‘Ti Madre’ is also being launched soon. Many people expect to jam out to the bands’ musical message of erratic rock jams of love and peace. The people of Aspen love the music so much, they expects to turn the 8th St Bus Stop into an affordable housing development of artists who live with actual monkeys. But that could just be hearsay.
